I paid for my subscription but I’m not receiving any service
The phone number I called said it was no longer in service. I am irritated and frustrated trying to get this matter resolved. If I'm unable to use the service, then I would like my money back.

We have been charged for the HBO max bundle and have not been able to access the Hulu OR Disney plus. But we are certainlybeing charged for it,

I was just trying to log into my TV to get my HBO Max that I paid $21 for, and then I got connected to another phone number that's trying to sell me airline tickets, which is not HBO. Then they want my credit card number.
This is a scam. HBO will be the last one that I will ever watch, and I would like to get my money back.

I canceled, even though they still charged me after I canceled. I tried to call them, and it was impossible to get connected.
Of course, I was directed to AI, which made it impossible to connect with a live agent. I did not get the refund that I deserve, even though I canceled.
